200-hr Colorado Yoga Teacher Training
June 7-30, 2012 in Colorado
Join us as we take an in-depth look at meditation, eastern philosophies and yoga asana practice. Build community, grow organic food and feed your mind, body and soul as you journey to the center of your being. In this program you will find space and freedom to deepen your physical health and your soul truths.
In this 23-day immersion program you will learn how to guide Vinyasa, Hatha and meditation classes. You will receive an RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Certificate from School Yoga Institute.
We invite you to be a part of this life enhancing experience through meditation, pranayama, asana, vegetarian meals, daily activities, and application of yogic theory into daily living. We invite you to open your heart to connect the essence of our universe, love, compassion, and perfection. We invite you to reveal the inner stillness and peace that resides deep in your heart and soul. We invite you to radiate the peace and love to all mankind and the universe.
Guided group meditation starts at 6:30am, followed immediately by asana (yoga posture) practice. It includes pranayama (breath), asana, and relaxation. A Daily yoga lesson on theory and philosophy is waved into the yoga asana practice and is advised to apply to our daily living. Daily lectures, discussion and activities covers philosophy, theory, yogic living, diet, anatomy, business, and yogic healing. Afternoon asana practice, the Art of Teaching, provides students with opportunity to practice what they’ve learned in peer instruction. Satsang, Kirtan and campfire gathering is held five evenings per week to contemplate and reflect our sadhana practice.
On our breaks and days off we can venture further to experience the beauty and culture of Colorado. Whether you love hiking, biking, horses, swimming, playing, shopping, art, music, you are sure to find it!

Testimonial
"I fell in love with this program because of its eclectic approach incorporating ancient teachings of yoga, spirituality, energetic healing, shamanism and meditation, as well as the beautiful sequencing from the traditions of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Sivananda Yoga. I have taken many trainings over the years and consider this to be one of the most comprehensive and inspiring programs I have ever encountered."
