Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and have been living in Boca Raton, Florida for the majority of my life. Graduated in 2007 from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in both Marketing and Finance. After working in Finance for 2 years, my mind, body, and soul were needed for a change. Feeling overly stressed both mentally and physically, I turned to yoga at my local gym for some sort of relief and healing. My stress decreased tremendously and the feeling i got after the end of a yoga class was indescribable. I took some private lessons from a graduate of School Yoga Institute, and started incorporating it into my weekly schedule. I became intrigued by the sensation and the way the stress just melted away, and wanted to continue practicing äll day, everyday.
In December 2009, my Job allowed me to take some time off and I came out to Guatemala to do my 200 hr teacher training with school yoga Institute. The experience left me forever changed and I just wanted to share the love and light with anyone I could reach. my outlook and perspective on life changed, along with my diet, and relationships with my friends and family. When I got back from teacher training, I immediately jumped into teaching at LA Fitness in Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, and Fort Lauderdale while also taking on provate clients and small group classes by appointment. It was one thing to have my life changed by yoga, but a whole other feeling of being able to reach out and change other peoples lives in the process. The gratitude I have gotten from teaching has been indescribable and since my yoga teacher training, I have been practicing daily, teaching and spreading the gift I have been given.
Due to the economic downfall, I found myself with out a job in Finance, and realized I wanted to pursue my path as a yoga Instructor. In June, I led a 5 day yoga workshop in Guatemala with my students from Florida and reconnected with Vedantin while out here. It took me 2 days to realize, and book a one way ticket to come back out to Guatemala and help with the manifestation of the farm, and continue to obtain hours through School Yoga Institute. I have been one of the pioneers of the farm working to get it up and running and the experience has been enlightening thus far. Now, 1000hrs certified with SYI, I am here to share this incredible gift and help others see the light and the beauty of the world. My intention is to not only facilitate trainings at the farm but all over the world spreading the love and the light to all students of SYI. This is bliss.

Nature’s Beauty
With each step there is a coolness, calmness, and peacefulness beauty. Nature’s Beauty.
Stop and listen, appreciate what the universe has put before us.
Feel the vibrations, the essence, the pulsations of the heart fill the air around you.
See the auras in abundance as they illuminate the sky with all the colors of the rainbow.
Smell the flowers.
Hear the buzzing of the bees.
The humming of the birds.
The crunch of the leaves seeping into Mother Earth.
Look up above, see below, and feel the mystical energy around you.
Embrace Nature’s Beauty.
Enter the caves.
Experience the density, darkness, and dampness.
Now walk into the light as the sun wraps its arms around you.
Meditate, be silent, be the witness, the watcher.
Experience the thoughts dissipate, disintegrate, and disappear completely.
As you inhale, bringing your heart forward and sharing it with the universe.
As you exhale, knowing that where we are is exactly where we are meant to be.
Peace, love, purity, beauty…Nature’s Beauty.
OM TAT SAT, “it is what it is”, and IT is beautiful.
This is my bliss
This is my clarity
This is my glimpse of samadhi.
