My experience as a Costa Rica Yoga Teacher Training Student

I am so grateful to have chosen SYI as the school to complete my 200hr yoga teacher training. SYI is so unique in that not only was I able to walk out of my training being able to confidently teach a yoga class, I also walked out of this training with an extremely special and life changing experience.

SYI’s Yoga teacher training guided me in diving deep into my spirituality. The incredible facilitators guided and supported all of the students through life changing practices such as past life regression, breath work, meet your spirit guides meditation, along with many many more practices. I am so grateful to have been able to participate in these healing practices as they have changed my life forever.

Another one of the very unique, and one of my favorite things about SYI is the community. Everyone in the yoga teacher training including the facilitators come from all over the world with all different backgrounds. Yet we all come together for this common interest and beautiful experience. The facilitators and students all created an open safe space to share, grow, learn, and love. I am so incredibly grateful to have found my soul family through School Yoga Institute that I will now have for the rest of my life. Doing life with my new found family is so much better, thanks to SYI.
