Join us in Costa Rica for this 10-day, 9-night, 100-hour Yin Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (YTT).
We all know how magical Yin Yoga is. We travel inwards, sit with the uncomfortable and with our shadows, and we pass through. We breathe and grow like a lotus flower, deeply rooted in the muddy water, reaching the surface to bloom.
To this blissful practice, we have now added the jewel to the lotus flower — Yoga Nidra, the practice of yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra helps reset the nervous system and shift deeper subconscious patterns and beliefs.
After this training, you will have the knowledge of how ancient wisdom — Peruvian medicine traditions, Ayurveda from India, and Traditional Chinese Medicine — can help us understand the practice of Yin at mental and physical levels. You will learn how these maps and teachings can be introduced into your own practice and classes, how to create intention, and how to weave that into your teaching.
Our training take place in Montezuma, Costa Rica — a vibrant town filled with tropical produce, culture, and ocean views. Known as one of the happiest and most sustainable countries in the world, Costa Rica offers abundant wildlife, volcanic landscapes, world-class beaches, and a supportive community.
This 100-hour Yin Yoga Nidra Teacher Training is not only a path to becoming an instructor but also a chance to experience the country’s rich culture and warm hospitality, while staying in eco-friendly retreat centers that honor and protect the natural environment.
