Empowering Growth Through Transformative Trainings
Our Advanced Anatomy of Yoga is an inclusive, trauma-informed 30-hour advanced training designed to bridge the science of the human body with the depth of yogic wisdom. Take your understanding of anatomy beyond the muscles and bones.
This training dives deeper into the nervous system, lymphatic system, and the movement patterns that shape how we experience asana and life. Rather than memorizing tissue names or mechanical actions, you’ll explore how to feel anatomy from within—developing embodied awareness that allows you to teach and guide others safely, effectively, and authentically.
We’ll also explore energetic anatomy through the lens of Western science, connecting yogic concepts like the chakras, koshas, and vayus to the systems and functions of the body. You’ll discover how ancient teachings offer intuitive insight into physiology, and how modern science validates what yogis have known for thousands of years.
You’ll learn to look beyond where someone feels something and start asking why.
Rather than simply memorizing modifications and contraindications, you’ll develop the knowledge to make thoughtful decisions for the actual human standing in front of you.
For those who feel called to teach anatomy within yoga trainings, a mentorship option is available to become an Anatomy Facilitator — inquire for details.
Join us and deepen your capacity to see, feel, and teach the yoga body through a lens that is inclusive, scientific, and deeply human.
