What is your favorite yoga pose?
What is your favorite quote?
“Put your heart, mind, and soul into even the smallest acts. This is the secret of success. Always do good to others. Mentally remove everything and be free. This is divine life. This is the direct way to Moksha or salvation.” -Swami Sivananda
What inspires you in your practice?
Patanjali states in the Yoga Sutras, “When you are inspired by some great purpose all of your thoughts break their bonds; your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction…” This is what inspires one to show up on the mat and practice asana. Another huge motivation is the special bond between yogis sharing a space for community that fosters health and wellbeing.
