What’s your favorite yoga pose?
It has to be Natarajasana, or Lord of the Dance pose. The pose it’s self is rich with meaning besides being a wonderful physical challenge. It teaches us about change and the cycle of birth and death to rebirth. Change is a constant and the posture show us how to stay balanced no matter what is going on in our minds or the world around us.
What is your favorite quote?
What you seek is seeking you.” — Rumi
What inspires you in your practice?
Knowing that every time I step on my mat…it allows me to re-connect to my true self. “The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.” I find no matter what is going on in life, there is a quiet place on the mat.
