Each member of our faculty is a certified yoga teacher with extensive experience in 200-hour, 300-hour, YACEP courses and Online Yoga Teacher Training programs, as well as ongoing continuing education in areas such as anatomy, philosophy, trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and embodied teaching practices.
Together, our instructors support students through structured, self-paced, and live-guided Yoga Teacher Trainings—both online and in-person—ensuring depth, integrity, and personal mentorship throughout the learning journey.

Our yoga teachers are rigorously trained, each having achieved at least 200 hours of foundational training and 300 hours of advanced yoga training, along with additional qualifications in specialized areas such as vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and more. This diverse educational background enables them to provide an enriched learning experience that adapts to the individual needs of our students, covering everything from yoga anatomy to the philosophical underpinnings of yoga.
