Jennifer Fisch-Ferguson began her meditation journey almost 3 decades ago, after taking a seminar on stress reduction. Since then she has continued her mental well-being and fitness journey and offers both private and Corporate workshops on "Writing as Meditation".
She is passionate about helping people feel strong and empowered in a low-pressure atmosphere focused on consistency and progress. She has trained in many forms of fitness: dance fitness, HITT classes, Aqua classes, and of course Yoga- including her favorites: Nidra, Mandala, and Aerial.
In the non-fitness areas of her life, Jennifer is the Director of faculty professional Development at Mott Community College and is a published author.
