Welcome to Hometepe Holistic Sanctuary and Retreat Center, located on the Base of Volcan Concepción, Ometepe Lake. Central America’s largest oceanic island and the second-largest freshwater in Latin America.
This incredible island is home to two volcanos! No wonder it was nominated to be among the 7 Natural Wonders of the World! Discover all that this spectacular island has to offer including hiking volcanoes, chasing waterfalls, and visiting cacao farm!
This training is not just about asana or the 200-hour yoga alliance certification to teach yoga. This is an opportunity to dive into the Self during a spiritually driven 21-day immersion program, deeply influenced by Peruvian Shamanism.
This conscious, sustainable, plant-based, eco-friendly, and socially responsible eco-resort is the perfect setting for our 200-hour Nicaragua Yoga Teacher Training. It’s important to be mindful of the impact we have on the places we visit. With that in mind, we always make an effort to collaborate with eco-friendly retreat centers that recognize and prioritize sustainability. Wanderlust Utopia is a retreat facility for the like-minded!
Graduates of this YTT are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200.

With the world's largest rainforest ecosystem, the Amazon Rainforest spans 9 countries and is home to iconic species like the Jaguar, Macaw, Amazon River Dolphin, Black Spider Monkey, and Poison Dart Frog. By holding an estimated 90-140 billion metric tons of carbon, its forests play a critical role in the fight against climate change. Unfortunately, due to logging, unsustainable agriculture, and forest fires, it's also a high risk zone for deforestation and degradation.
School Yoga Institute commits to donating one tree for every YTT graduate!

Everyone is wholeheartedly accepted and encouraged. We create and hold space where participants feel safe and comfortable. We support the growth and expansion of people’s horizons — physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. As a group, a community, a tribe, and an extended family, we practice and learn to let go. We allow the world to unfold before us without reaction or judgment.
Our intention is to guide aspirants through their own healing journey in order to better prepare them for healing others, letting go of anything that holds them back from what their hearts are truly called to do. Together we unveil the true essence and sweet nectar of life.
Most countries have different COVID regulations aroundmasks, social distancing, etc. We are not in control of how retreat centers run their business or the laws of the countries. We take protocols to ensure to the
best of our ability a safe environment, but ultimately we will abide by the local regulations around COVID.
