ABOUT ME
I found yoga during a challenging period in my life. I was overwhelmed with studying and working, which left me physically and emotionally drained. One day, I stumbled upon a small yoga studio and decided to take a class. Although it felt strange, different, and uncomfortable, it also made me feel good, relaxed, and happy.
Yoga was not what I had imagined. It demanded concentration, strength, and a deep mind-body connection. Despite not being ready for that initially, I committed to it and signed up for a month. Six years later, I am a firm believer in the benefits of this practice.
Since 2018, I have been working with SYI, managing digital marketing strategies. It’s the best job I’ve ever had! I love working with such noble, wonderful people with big and kind hearts.
What’s your favorite yoga pose?
Malasana – It keeps me grounded in my body, connected with the earth, and present in the moment.
What’s your favorite quote?
Here’s a revised version with more natural, everyday language:
“In this life, let’s dance all night, cry without shame, hold tight to our dreams, and go to sleep at peace with ourselves. Let’s enjoy life without overthinking it and laugh at ourselves, because becoming bitter is just too dull. Let’s remember that life is full of ups and downs, that it goes by fast, and that how we live it is up to us. Let’s enjoy the little things, celebrate the good moments, cheer others on without jealousy, and fill our life with smiles.”

My emotions, my body, and the opportunity to connect with myself on a deeper level.
