In response to the growing coverage and global effect of covid-19, we have adjusted our transfer policies. If you register or are registered for a course in 2021 and choose to transfer courses due to safety precautions, all fees will be waived. Please email info@schoolyogainstitute.com with any formal transfer requests.
If your scheduled course is cancelled due to travel restrictions or safety reasons, you can transfer to any course in-person or online for up to two years.
We completely understand that things happen or come up. Your course deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another program for up to 24 months from the time of transfer.
Transfer Fees:
More than 90 days before start date: $250
Between 60 – 90 days before start date: $350
Between 30 – 60 days before start date: $450
Less than 30 days before start date: $550
We have transfer fees in place, due to the planning, coordination, location payments, staff, materials, etc that go into making our courses a life changing experience!

If you submit a cancellation in writing more than 120 days prior to the start date, we can refund your full tuition minus the $300 deposit and any credit card fees incurred. If you submit a cancellation in writing less than 120 days prior to the start date, we no longer offer refunds. If a training is sold out, it will become non-refundable. If this is the case, you will be notified via email prior to this taking effect.
School Yoga Institute reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. In the event that a natural disaster or other event causes a program to be moved or otherwise changed, School Yoga Institute will do its best to provide adequate substitutions and the program will continue. Note: No refunds will be given if you choose not to attend or leave your course early.

~ Staff to wear masks during course when needed
~ We request that all staff at our retreat centers will provide negative coronavirus tests
~ You will need a certified negative PCR coronavirus test within 72 hours of travel
~ We will be serving meals on individual plates, not buffet style at this time
~ Monitoring use of props, each student assigned their own designated mat, bolster, blocks, strap.
~ Private rooms available, upon request
~ In the event of illness, we will ask the ill person to stay in their room and acquire a Covid test, if the symptoms are that of Covid.
~ YTT group will be separate from outside guests
~ Smaller course sizes
~ We ask that you bring your own water bottle, to be used the duration of the course
~ During days off we request that you stay on site, however, if you do go offsite, you will be required to wear masks and social distance.
