Bri Nadi has been teaching yoga since 2012. She completed
her 200 & 300hr yoga training's in Guatemala at the Mystical Yoga Farm.
Throughout her yoga career her focus has been on Hatha, Restorative, Yin and
Prenatal, but most dearly the incorporations of a yoga lifestyle into everyday
life. Much of her teaching career has been in Portland, OR or Humboldt, CA, but
she also spent some time teaching in New Zealand. She has attended extra
certifications in Yoga for PTSD, Prenatal Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
Nadi is most interested in the beneficial mental health
aspects of yoga and the outdoors . Before becoming a yoga teacher, she was a
river guide and worked in outdoor leadership and loves putting together outdoor
yogic adventures such as the Mountain Mama Campout, she hosted on the
Trinity River. Nadi often describes "the river" as her closest friend
and mentor. and often will highlight our potent connection to the earth in her
Nadi completed her master's in Eco-psychology and is
working to become a licensed mental health counselor with a focus on somatic
and nature based therapies. She's passionate about the ways yoga can be a path
of personal empowerment and healing. She is also a new mom to little
Adelia Moon and has been fascinated with the powerful journey of pregnancy and
postpartum healing, and teaches for the blooming mother as well. She
has a deep love for the mystical and for plant medicines and was recently
involved with academic research into somatic experiences of psilocybin
"magic" mushrooms at Lewis & Clark college in Portland, OR.
Nadi loves bridging the somatic as well as mystical experiences of life into
her yoga practice and offerings.
