Jugal-Jessica studies and shares the teachings of Tantra Yoga practices which increase the depth of self-awareness and allow us to have more intimacy with our own reality. She finds magic in ordinary moments and believes that we can all vibrate from that space in our own curious ways!

She explores different techniques of pranayama, meditation, asana, mantra, ecstatic dance movement to elicit a conscious experience of life unencumbered by the busy and conditioned mind. She believes that we all have a natural ability to awaken our own spiritual talent.

Jugal-Jessica’s journey to yoga started over 13 years ago. Through years of study and embodiment practices, life has led her full circle back to her Indian roots. Jugal-Jessica was born and raised in the magical land of Croatia and since mid-teens has lived in the US. Both parents are of Indian descent and have always stressed the importance of her learning their language, customs and prayer. Although far from the motherland, her childhood was filled with mysticism and deeper teachings of Indian mythology.

She completed her 200-hour training in Charlotte, NC via the lineage of the Himalayan Institute in 2015. She completed the 300-hour Yoga and Ayurveda training in 2021. She has mentored and worked with several other teachers that have shaped her and sprinkled their magic and wisdom in her growth.
