Emilia | Costa Rica 300hr YTT Testimonial

Summer of 25′ was a month full of knowledge, learning/unlearning, friendships, bravery and healing on the luxurious Western Coast of Costa Rica. I attended School of Yoga Institute and completed my 300 hour yoga teacher training where I completely blossomed into this exquisite essence of being.

Learning about the 7 main chakras in depth really put life and health into a more clear perspective for me. My asana practice is purposely suppose to guide me in alignment of my chakras. The goal is to understand myself, to unlearn the old habits that didn’t serve me and introduce new habits, thinking, and rituals to balance my chakras. to where coming back home puts a new purpose into my journey with yoga.

I began somatic therapy here in the states, thanks to Mindi and Nadine, who guided us through some exercises in class where I truly was able to let myself go and feel all the feelings l’ve had bottled up all these years.

How grateful I am to have learned a different approach to therapy that is beneficial to me.
