I came to the Advanced 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica to deepen my own practice and my teaching. I thought I knew what I signed up for - but I was wrong, in a good way!
Arriving there and spending time with the other students and facilitators in the sacred space made me realize: Yoga is about more than just the personal practice. It might start there, but it is much much bigger than that.
I have found a deepness and a connection with nature, people and spirit that empowers me to be who I am meant to be. In a very down to earth, practical way. What I found at my training with SYI was myself and to trust and believe in this Self. For this, I am forever grateful.
Thank you again so much for this opportunity! I am very much looking forward, to our paths to cross again :)
