Thursday May 26 - 3-7p PST

Friday May 27 - 3-7p PST

Saturday May 28 - 12-4p PST

Sunday May 29 - 12-4p PST

In this program, we will use the principles of Yogic Philosophy to explore the sensitive and universal human experiences of Grief & Trauma. The ancient sages say, "To know love is to know grief." Through the last 12 months of navigating a Global Pandemic, we are all becoming more familiar with Grief in its many manifestations. Whether you are grieving a loved one, a pet, a job, a relationship, a phase of life, a home, etc, Grief presents itself in many ways as we journey through life. How we understand, feel, and process our Grief has undeniable impacts on our physiology and mental health.

Through a deep understanding of the Manomaya Kosha (The mental/emotional body) we will gain a comprehensive understanding of how Grief & Trauma remain lodged in the body and how practices in Yoga Asana, Mudra, Mantra, and Emotional Freedom Releasing Techniques can facilitate freedom from our perceived suffering.
