300-HOUR TRAUMA-INFORMED YTT IN MEXICO
Hybrid Trauma-Informed YYT: Join us virtually before meeting us in Mexico for a 10 Day In-Person Immersion.
A Bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach to working with the whole human being.
Join us for our Trauma-Informed 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, an immersive exploration into the depths, mysteries, and complexities of being human.
Through intuitive yoga asana, somatic techniques, lifestyle interventions, mindfulness and mindset tools, and grounded spiritual inquiry, we reclaim our right to wholeness—together.
This program weaves through five cycles—bio, psycho, social, spiritual, and WHOLE—emphasizing that full aliveness becomes more accessible when we embrace ourselves as multifaceted, ever-evolving, social, and soulful beings.
We will focus on creative, artful, and intelligent yoga asana sequencing designed to foster nervous system regulation. We will also have supportive and in-depth posture clinics to enhance your comprehension of the physical asanas. Beyond the physical practice, we will explore what it means to be an advanced yoga practitioner without ever stepping onto a mat—cultivating the capacity to fully experience our emotions, meet heartache and hardship with grace, and repair conflict with vulnerability and accountability. True embodiment means being fully present in these miraculous bodies—actually alive while we are alive—attuning to the depths of our humility, humor, and courage.
The next step in integrating wholeness is shifting from the personal to the collective: How are we showing up in this world? What is our relationship with nature? What are the implications of our growing separation and division? Yoga calls us to turn toward that which is easier to ignore.
We believe that the possibilities and impact of walking the Yoga path are only strengthened through community—knowing we are never alone in the inevitable difficulties of existence, and that together, we navigate these precious lives with greater depth and connection.
Hybrid Format: The online portion of this program will allow us to cultivate a strong container with clear guidelines and foundational principles to follow as a cohort so that our time together can be utilized as a space of vulnerability, discovery, and learning. We will use our virtual time together to cover didactic material to ensure that we all have the same understanding of trauma-informed work before we meet in-person. With this solid foundation in place, we can then continue this exploration which is further amplified through interpersonal, in-real-life exchanges and discussions.

A yoga space that honors the nuance of the human experience facilitates an environment where each practitioner can take agency over their own bodily autonomy, nervous system regulation, and power of choice. A truly trauma-informed environment embraces and welcomes all emotional realities while highlighting the undeniable truth that embodiment means discerning for oneself what feels right and what feels safe in each moment.
Our integration of this knowledge then informs the way that we show up to hold space for others on their mats. With compassion, curiosity, and kindness we can broaden our willingness to meet the fluctuations of being human both within ourselves and within each other. Embodiment practices, such as Yoga asana, are proven to be the most effective modality in trauma recovery. With this in mind, we learn that we can excavate art from our painful experiences and use it all as a source of freedom and authentic self-expression.
Through the lens of Trauma-Informed education, Yoga is not only an art and a science but a necessity for the future of our world at large.
When “teaching” Yoga, we are not just guiding poses.
We are guiding people.
We are guiding nervous systems.
We are guiding complex and unique physiologies
