ONLINE TRAUMA-INFORMED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Become a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher with our Online Self-Paced YTT. At Your Own Pace. Anywhere in the World.
BECOME A YOGA TEACHER IN A FLEXIBLE FORMAT WITH ALIGNED COMMUNITY!
This Yoga Training is a self-paced, online experience designed for those who seek depth, flexibility, and connection.
Rooted in somatic intelligence, nervous system literacy, and trauma-informed care, this training invites you to move at your own pace – with the support of an international community and four live integration calls.
Learn to teach yoga that honors the full spectrum of human experience – inclusive, embodied, and deeply relational.
This is a pre-recorded Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training hosted through an online platform called Mighty Networks. The program includes four live Zoom calls with the creators of School Yoga Institute’s Trauma-Informed Programming, Jeanine Talento and Brooke Alexander.
There will be one live Zoom call at the beginning of the course, two throughout the course, and one at the end of the course. The intention of the live calls is to uphold the structure and due dates of the course while also cultivating community amidst the other individuals pursuing self paced YTT alongside you.
Our intention with creating this pre-recorded Trauma-Informed 200hr YTT is to create an international community of trauma-informed somatic practitioners without time zones, travel costs, or scheduling getting in the way. The curriculum and content is exactly the same as our in-person Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Trainings, which has become one of our most respected and revered courses!
This training emphasizes that trauma-informed teaching is not a method, it is a paradigm of awareness and relational integrity. Through this lens, yoga becomes a practice of nervous system regulation, compassion, and connection.
You will leave prepared to facilitate classes and communities where students feel seen, supported, and empowered – integrating the science of safety with the art of presence.
