Originally from NY Nichole began her yoga journey in 2008 and her passion for the art kept growing. From the moment she stepped onto her mat she has been a genuine yoga practitioner and devoted yoga teacher! Feeling aligned on her path has been a process of wounding and healing and it is through the practices of yoga where she continues to find her way home to herself. She strives for a life rooted in harmony and balance with all life around her and walks gently on the earth with deep reverence for all beings.
After traveling around the world and continuing her education under various respected teachers in the healing arts she is now settled in California and is a lifelong practitioner of self-development and personal growth. Nichole is an Experienced Register Yoga Teacher, certified Womb Medicine Woman®, Psychosomatic Trauma Recovery Coach, Reiki Master and Ceremonialist.
Her passion is to guide others to understand the truth of themselves within themselves through healing practices such as, Shamanic Journeying, Soul Retrieval, Womb Healing, Cycle Coaching, Ceremonies, Meditation, Breathwork, Energy Healing, Psychosomatic Therapy, Inner Child work and of course Yoga!
Her training and knowledge around trauma helps her clients and students understand the recovery process, reconnect with themselves and the world while using their strengths to build a life they love living. She firmly believes that we all hold an ancient wisdom within that is designed to heal old wounds and broken patterns that are holding us back from reaching our fullest potential.
Her mission is to encourage others to tap into their heart’s consciousness by turning awareness to the heart. She believes the heart to be the center of energetic communication that allows us to interact with all other forms of life which allows us to step fully into our most brilliant selves.
