SCHOOL YOGA INSTITUTE POLICIES

Standard Change Policy

We completely understand that things happen or come up. Your course deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another program for up to 24 months from the time of transfer.

 

Transfer Fees:

More than 90 days before start date: $250

Between 60 – 90 days before start date: $350

Between 30 – 60 days before start date: $450

Less than 30 days before start date: $550

 

Our transfer fees cover the cost of planning, coordination, location payments, staff, materials, etc that go into making our courses a life changing experience! You may email us with your change request.

 

Please note that rooming and meals is nonrefunable within 60 days of the course start date. Rooming is collected from the hotel at this time.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

If you submit a cancellation in writing more than 120 days prior to the start date, we can refund your full tuition minus the $300 deposit and any credit card fees incurred. If you submit a cancellation in writing less than 120 days prior to the start date, we no longer offer refunds. If a training is sold out, it will become non-refundable. If this is the case, you will be notified via email prior to this taking effect. Rooming and meals is nonrefundable within 60 days of the course start
date.

 

School Yoga Institute reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. In the event that a natural disaster or other event causes a program to be moved or otherwise changed, School Yoga Institute will do its best to provide adequate substitutions and the program will continue. Note: No refunds will be given if you choose not to attend or leave your course early.

 

Refunds will not include your credit cards processings fee percentage.

 

 

Payments & Payment Plan

We offer custom monthly payment plans that end when your course starts. Just let us know how many months you’ll need. :)

 

If you are set up on a payment plan that goes beyond your courses start date, you agree to pay the entire amount in full by the agreed date set on the payment plan.

 

We accept credit/debit, express pay and bank account transfers. We offer an additional $50 off if you’re able to use bank transfer. Let us know and we’ll adjust your total balance! If you’re banking from the US and Canada you can select the “bank account” option on the Moonclerk Payment link we’ll provide. If you’re outside North America let us know and we’ll send you our Bank Transfer details.

 

If you fail to make these payments, your owning amount will be sent to a professional debt collection agency.

 

 

Scholarship Exchanges

SYI is committed to making our trainings as accessible and inclusive as possible which is why we offer scholarship exchanges on all of our programs — read more here.

 

Exchanges cannot be combined with any other discounts.

 

 

Referral Program

SYI is a growing family which is why we extend a warm invitation to family and friends of SYI students & alumni.

 

Do you know anyone who would benefit from our yoga teacher training? Refer a friend and we will gift you $150 for each referred student who enrolls and pays in full for one of our YTT programs.
